Payment screenshots and reference numbers submitted during the verification process are stored securely and used only to confirm your transaction. We do not store full bank account numbers or card details.

3a. Payment Record Keeping

To manage instructor revenue sharing and maintain accurate financial records, verified purchase summaries (course name, amount, and payment status) are also recorded in a private internal spreadsheet accessible only to platform administrators. This spreadsheet does not store payment screenshots or full transaction details beyond what is necessary for revenue reconciliation.

4. Session Data

We track active login sessions to enforce our single-device policy. Session data includes device information and IP address and is stored only for as long as needed to maintain this security measure.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us directly.
