1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and purchasing content on Synapse, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.

2. Content Ownership

All lecture videos, PDFs, summaries, question banks, and study materials on Synapse are original works created by Synapse instructors. They are protected by copyright. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or reproduce any content in any form.

3. Account Responsibility

Your account is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login credentials with other students is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account termination without refund. Each account is permitted one active session on one device at a time.

4. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are final. Once a lecture or course bundle is unlocked and accessible on your account, no refunds will be issued. In cases of verified technical failure preventing access, contact support.

5. Payment Verification

Payments are currently processed manually via Vodafone Cash or Instapay. Submitting false or altered payment screenshots constitutes fraud and will result in account termination and potential legal action.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not screen record, capture, redistribute, or share any paid content. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, reverse-engineer the platform, or use automated tools to access content.

7. Changes to Terms

Synapse reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
